Dil Raju is presenting the film under Sri Venkateswara Creations banner.
Sai Dharam Tej said, "When 'Supreme' was fixed as the title, I was afraid. Because it was earned by uncle Chiranjeevi after a lot of hard work. When I asked Chiru uncle that I was tensed with that title, he said that fans gave him the title and I should work hard to live up to it. I decided at that moment that I should work hard. Dil Raju garu is like my family member. Whenever I likes a story and says it to him, he gets ready to produce the film. Working with Anil Ravipudi was a fun. He is very energetic and knows what he wants exactly. Raashi Khanna stunned everyone with her comedy timing and she looks very good in the film. I thanked Sai Kartheek for every song in the album. He is a very good music director and I am sure the song will be received well".
