Chiranjeevi's 150th film, 'Khaidi No 150', which marks his grand comeback into Telugu cinema after a sabbatical of nearly a decade, has been riding high on expectations. This film is an official remake of Tamil movie 'Kaththi' and is directed by VV Vinayak. Ram Charan produced this movie under Konidela Production Company banner. Lyca Productions co-produced it. Devi Sri Prasad's songs have raised the expectations before the release. This much awaited movie has finally been released. Read on to find out how the film is.

The movie starts with the Kaththi Seenu (Chiranjeevi) escaping from a prison. Police chase him, but later find out he is actually helping them tracked down another prisoner, who has escaped. Chiru manages to escape from the cops and he has plans to go abroad. But destiny has other plans and he happens to meet an injured man in a shoot out. He comes to know that his doppelganger is fighting for farmers in a village (Neerooru) against a corporate. He decides to complete the mission of his doppelganger. How he fights against that corporate and completes the mission forms the rest of the story.

Khaidi No. 150 is a Chiranjeevi’s one man show. He impresses with his screen presence, comedy timing, Dances and performance. He shows good variation between the two characters Kathi Seenu and Shankar . Kajal Aggarwal is gorgeous, but her role is too limited. Brahmanandam, Ali, Raghubabu and Posani are tickle the funny-bone with their comedy timing. Raai Laxmi did 'Rathalu' song and sizzles with Chiranjeevi. Main villain Tarun Arora doesn’t appear as powerful as the role was supposed to be.

Technical aspects

The cinematography by Ratnavelu is the major highlight of the film. Devi sri Prasad’s music and background score is good. Production values by Ram Charan are very good. The director V. V. Vinayak has done a Good job. He narrated the whole film in a decent way. Dialogues by Paruchuri Brothers, Sai Madhav Burra and Vema Reddy are written well.
