Krishna Vamsi in race for Balakrishna's 100th film ?Mar 24, 2016 03:55 AM
If reports are to be believed, Krishna Vamsi joined the list of directors being considered for Balakrishna's 100th movie. Here are the details.
Though Balakrishna considered 100 as just a number and was ready to work with any director, who comes with a good script, his fans are requesting him to act in a powerful entertainer, which would be a treat for them and remembered for a long time. So, the 'Legend' actor dropped the idea to work with Singeetham Srinivasa Rao for 'Aditya 999' since his fans felt that the veteran may not be able to make a film as per the tastes of the current generation audiences, though he made great films earlier.
After Boyapati Srinu, the names of Anil Ravipudi of 'Pataas' fame and Krish have also popped up. But surprisingly Krishna Vamsi's name is being heard now. As per some sources, Balayya has evinced interest to work with the 'Khadgam' director and asked him to come up with a good script.
Few years back, there were reports that Krishna Vamsi was preparing a powerful script for Balakrishna titled 'Bheesma' and some others said he had another subject titled 'CM- Common Man" for the 'Simha' actor. But neither of them materialized due to some reasons. YVS Chowdary later registered the title CM under his home banner.
KV is currently giving final touches to the script of his horror entertainer, which is expected to go on floors soon. So will the 'Gulabi' director postpone his horror film to prepare a script for Balayya ? Let's see what the future has in store for us.
