Largo Winch director condemns Trivikram on TwitterJan 17, 2018 03:46 AM
It's a well-known fact that Agnyathavaasi is a free-make of a foreign film called, Largo Winch. Pawan Kalyan's silver Jubilee, Agnyathavaasi, received mixed views and did not impress audience much. However, Largo Winch director, Jerome Salle, decided to take an action for plagiarizing their story.
Jerome Salle took to his Twitter handle with a threatening post that, "Indian cinema has all the necessary talent and creativity for not having to plagiarize. And the silence from #Agnathavaasi team since one week is deafening. So let's take action now. #LegalNotice". Earlier, T-Series, a renowned music company, took remake rights of Largo Winch and the producers of Agnyaathavaasi have in turn settled the issue with them.
Now that Jerome Salle gave a statement of serious action, it's not easy to fathom what kind of legal action he will take as the film has its rights from the T-Series already. Let's hope that the justice prevails and hope everything settles out soon.
