Allu Aravind has approached seeking a stay on Bollywood film, 'Raabta', release. The 'Magadheera' producer claim that the makers of Sushanth Singh starrer have violated the copyrights act.
The Hyderabad court issued notices to 'Raabta' makers and the next hearing will be on 1st June. Ever since the theatrical trailer of 'Raabta' was out, many have drawn similarities between the film and 'Magadheera'. Though the makers of 'Raabta' denied reports that the film is an unofficial remake of 'Magadheera', the similarities are striking and so Geetha Arts has approached the court.
'Raabta' is slated to release on 9th June. But the release is doubtful now.
