Sharwanand evokes laughs with his performance as a person suffering from OCD. His comedy timing is excellent. Vennela Kishore as a friend of the hero leaves the audience in splits. Mehreen is gorgeous and her performance is also very good. Maruthi also extracts good performances from other actors.
SS Thaman, whose audio album has received unanimous positive response, has also given an apt background score for the movie. He is in top form for sure. The visuals are cool and the cinematographer Nizar Shafi has done a good job. The screenplay is entertaining and Maruthi's direction is also good. The production values of UV creations are top notch .

Few cliched episodes
Sharwnand, who changed his track with 'Run Raja Run', has once again come up with an entertaining film. The OCD condition has been explained well in the movie and Sharwa leaves the audience in splits with his expressions and comedy timing. Maruthi still seems to have been in Bhale Bhale Magadivoi hangover, but the subject and the way he has handled the script is very good. Mehreen makes a very good pair with Sharwanand and the love track is good. Vennela Kishore also evoke laughs with his performance. SS Thaman's songs and the way they were picturized needs special mention. The visuals are cool. All in all, 'Mahanubhavudu', is a decent comedy entertainer, which may work well this festival season with comedy movie lovers.
