'Oopiri' has been declared a blockbuster and this Nagarjuna and Karthi starrer has been doing phenomenally well at the box-office. Even some Hindi filmmakers were impressed with this movie and reports suggest that Karan Johar bought the Hindi remake rights of the film, shelling out big money.

Karan distributed 'Baahubali' in Hindi and earned profits. Now he is going to remake 'Oopiri', which itself is an adaptation of French comedy "The Intouchables". An official confirmation is awaited in this regard. If everything goes as planned, Vamsi Paidipally may also helm the Hindi version.

Gopi Sunder's music and P.S.Vinod's cinematography are assets of 'Oopiri' apart from the brilliant performances, direction and dialogues.
