The shooting of 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' is yet to be completed. But the film is doing superb pre-release business. The rights of the film have been sold out for the highest prices in the career of Pawan Kalyan in many areas.
The latest update is that Indra films shelled out a whopping Rs.20 crores for the Nizam rights of the movie. This is a record in Power Star's career and the second highest amount for Nizam rights after 'Baahubali', which was sold for Rs.25 crores. This is a testimony for the huge hype and hoopla surrounding the movie. It is well-known that Eros International bought the worldwide theatrical rights of the movie. They are selling the rights for huge prices, never seen before for a Pawan's movie.
This Bobby directorial is poised to release on April 8th. Currently a song featuring the lead pair, Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal, is being canned in Pollachi, Kerala. The music is being composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the audio album is awaited.
