Kodi Ramakrishna and Nandamuri Balakrishna was a sensational combination. They worked together for blockbuster movies like 'Mangamma Gari Manavadu', 'Muddula Maavayya' etc in the past and S.Gopal Reddy produced these movies under Bharghava Arts banner.
The trio teamed up again for a folklore movie, which was tentatively titled 'Vikrama Simha Bhupathi' and very costly sets were erected at Ramoji Film City for the purpose. But just as the first schedule was wrapped up, the film was shelved.
Kodi Ramakrishna, who is currently awaiting the release of the much anticipated movie 'Nagabharanam', says that they shelved the movie as the producer fell ill. He added that he will sure revive the project one day.
