The film is set in a beautiful village named Athreyapuram. Raju (Sharwanand) lives there with his grandparents Raju Garu (Prakash Raj), Jayasudha. Raju Garu's sons and daughters live abroad and they can't make time to visit him often, which makes him worried. His plan works out and but the moment Jayasudha comes to know about his plan, differences start creeping in. How the problems get solved and how Raju and his maradalu (Anupama) also win their love forms the rest of the story.
Sharwanand, who is on a row with back to back hits, once again delivers a very good performance. He is subtle and does a very impressive job. Anupama Parameswaran looks very beautiful and she performs very well. It's not for nothing that Prakash Raj and Jayasudha are called great actors. This pair once again impresses. Naresh plays a comic yet important role and he is excellent. All the other actors are good in their roles.
Sameer Reddy captures the beauty of the village very well and his visuals are splendid.Mickey J Meyer's songs are already hits and his BGM is also one of the assets of the movie. The story seems routine, but the screenplay is good and director Satish does a good job.The production values of Sri Venkateswara creations are good.
